How do I know what size of tent to ask for keeping in mind my projected number of guests?
As a rough guide, we advise that every 3m x 3m square of tent will seat 10 guests or accommodate 20 standing.

Can you connect a tent to my house or join them up to one another?
All our tents can be either directly connected to a building or connected via a covered walkway, and can be joined together to provide limitless options.

Will walls or other obstacles in my garden present a problem?
Most obstacles can be worked around or over, in fact walls and flower beds can often transform our tents into dazzling venues. We have also covered over swimming pools and ponds in the past.

Who will I contact if there is a problem concerning the tent at my function?
It is extremely rare for there to be a problem with any of our tents. However, for your peace of mind, we have a staff member on call at all times.

Can a tent be constructed on any surface?
Most of our tents can be constructed anywhere. However, with some models there are certain limitations due to anchorage. Please call to discuss your needs and requirements.

How do I go about making a booking?
The first step is to call or e-mail. We will then be able to discuss your requirements and arrange a free site visit. At the site visit, our experienced function organiser will be able to go through all the options with you and address any questions you have. We will then get back to you quickly with a detailed quote, which is valid for the specified time. If you are happy with this, then it is just a question of you confirming with a deposit to hold your booking.

When will you require full and final payment?
After the initial deposit, we will require no further payment until the construction of the tents is complete.

What insurance cover do you have?
We are covered with public liability insurance. However, it is advised that the customer takes out their own insurance coverage as well.

Can your tents be used all year round?
All our tents are useable year round. They can be heated using indirect gas fired heaters making them perfectly warm. Also, in the hot summer months it is possible to air condition them.

Can your tents be used in all weather conditions?
Most of our tents can withstand everything the British weather can throw at them. All of our tents have a safe snow loading and, when fully sealed, have a wind rating ensuring that they are perfectly solid.

If I am having trouble finding a venue, can you offer any assistance?
Yes we have a full venue finding service catering to your needs. We have a list of established venues ranging from a large country hotel to rooftop gardens in central London.

Can you provide additional services such as toilet hire and catering arrangements?
We have a number of service partners enabling us to provide everything you could possibly need ranging from luxury trailer toilets to florists and full catering packages. See our links page for further details.

Where will the electricity come from to power all the lighting etc?
In most cases, it is possible for us to run power straight from your normal household plug socket to one of our specially constructed power distribution boards. This will provide adequate power for the lighting, heating and other electric devices. However, in some situations, it will be necessary to hire a generator in order to ensure that enough power is available for your electrical requirements.
